Ahlers is an international logistics company with headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.

Ahlers employs 650 people in 35 locations across Europe, Asia, Russia and the CIS and offers innovative and highly efficient logistic services in four distinct business units: Project cargo, trading facilitation and after sales activities, sustainable supply chain solutions and high value cargo logistics.

  • You collaborate with Ahlers corporate marketing to boost employer branding campaigns and internal communication.
  • You start-up, fine-tune and maintain projects such as performance & talent management, follow up on our expats globally,…

Profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in a relevant field of study (Human Resources / Change Management).
  • You’ve built up 5+ years of successful HR & Change Management experience.
  • You have a proven track record of change management projects and/or transformation projects.
  • You are an experienced HR manager, who can think strategically but is also hands-on.
  • You have experience with coaching people on all levels of an organization.
  • You can cope with stress and deadlines
  • You have a strong commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
